Murchison Region Aboriginal Corporation

Murchison Region Aboriginal Corporation is one of the earliest Aboriginal community-controlled organisations in the Mid West and the only registered Aboriginal Community Housing Provider serving the Mid West and Gascoyne. It exists because it believes all Aboriginal people have the right to a secure housing future. MRAC's work is built on the understanding that stable, affordable housing is foundational to community wellbeing, giving families the security they need to thrive in education, employment and civic life. Registered with the Office of the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations, it provides rental homes for Aboriginal people, supports tenants through maintenance and housing programs, and helps open pathways to home ownership. Operating for four decades, MRAC remains focused on responding to housing need in its regions and keeping Aboriginal families safely and affordably housed.
