Derbarl Yerrigan Health Service Aboriginal Corporation provides holistic, integrated primary health care to Aboriginal people living in the Perth metropolitan region. "Derbarl Yerrigan" is the Whadjuk Noongar name for the Swan River. Founded in 1974 as the Perth Aboriginal Medical Service, it took its current name in 1998 and became an Aboriginal Corporation in 2017. Operating from clinics in East Perth, Maddington, Midland and Mirrabooka, it employs around 127 staff across five locations. Services include primary care, visiting specialists, podiatry, counselling, child and maternal health, outreach, health promotion, dental and mental health programs, plus NDIS and environmental health.

Derbarl Yerrigan Health Service Aboriginal Corporation provides holistic and integrated primary health care to Aboriginal people living in the Perth metropolitan region. Its name is the Whadjuk Noongar term for the Swan River. Established in 1974 as the Perth Aboriginal Medical Service, it adopted the Derbarl Yerrigan name in 1998 and, in 2017, transitioned to the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 as an Aboriginal Corporation. The service employs around 127 staff across five sites, with clinics in East Perth, Maddington, Midland and Mirrabooka. It delivers primary care, visiting specialists, podiatry, counselling, child and maternal health, outreach, health promotion, dental and mental health programs, alongside NDIS and environmental health services. Derbarl Yerrigan acknowledges the Wadjuk Noongar people as the traditional owners of the land on which it provides services and celebrates their spiritual connection to Country.
