Western Australian Family Violence Prevention Legal Service Aboriginal Corporation
Aboriginal Family Legal Services WA (AFLS) is a not-for-profit Aboriginal Community-Controlled Organisation providing free specialist legal assistance and social support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people experiencing, or at risk of, family and domestic violence and sexual assault. Established in 2010, it operates statewide from around eight offices, including Perth, Pinjarra, Broome, Carnarvon, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie, Port Hedland and Kununurra. Services span family law, child protection, family violence restraining orders, criminal injuries compensation, redress support and community education. AFLS uses a holistic model and founded the national Ochre Ribbon Campaign in 2015 to raise family violence awareness.

Aboriginal Family Legal Services WA (AFLS) is a not-for-profit Aboriginal Community-Controlled Organisation providing legal assistance and social support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people experiencing, or at risk of, family and domestic violence and sexual assault. Established in 2010, AFLS delivers free specialist services to Western Australian Aboriginal communities across multiple regions, operating from offices in Perth (Boorloo), Pinjarra (Bindjareb), Broome (Yawuru country), Carnarvon (Yinggarda country), Geraldton (Southern Yamatji country), Kalgoorlie (Karlkurla), Port Hedland (Kariyarra country) and Kununurra (Miriwoong country). Its services include family law, child protection, family violence restraining orders, criminal injuries compensation, redress support, social support and community education. AFLS applies a holistic service model, recognising that legal services alone cannot resolve all issues and integrating prevention and education alongside legal representation. In 2015 it established the national Ochre Ribbon Campaign, held annually from 12 to 19 February.
